Take exit 10 off the M9 for Knocktopher and continue through Knocktopher to Ballyhale. Coolmeen is located just a short distance outside the village of Ballyhale off the old Waterford Road. When you leave the village continue out as far as the bridge and take an immediate right turn onto road L8261 (before the left turn for Kiltoran). Continue up this road a short distance and take a right, go under another bridge and follow this road up to a small cluster of houses and the subject property is over to the right.
